1. General Terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all customers using Techdotbit’s Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Techdotbit aims to provide the best possible service to its customers. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, this policy explains the conditions and procedures involved.

Note: Since Techdotbit operates as a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, there are no physical shipments or deliveries involved in the service.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request through their Techdotbit account or by contacting our support team at contact@techdotbit.com.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
  • If cancellation occurs after the renewal date, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Techdotbit follows a subscription model similar to Netflix, meaning once a subscription is renewed, it remains valid until the end of the billing cycle, with no refunds for the remaining period.

2.2. Termination by Techdotbit

Techdotbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s subscription under the following conditions:

  • Violation of Techdotbit’s Terms of Service or SaaS Agreement.
  • Non-payment or failure to process payment within 15 days of the due date.
  • Engagement in fraudulent or unauthorized use of the software.
  • Any other breach of contractual obligations.

If Techdotbit terminates an account due to a policy violation, the customer is not eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: If a customer is incorrectly charged, a full refund will be processed upon verification.
  • Service Malfunction: If the software fails to function as described due to a technical issue on Techdotbit’s end, a refund may be considered if the issue is unresolved within 30 days.
  • First-Time Customers: First-time customers may be eligible for a partial refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of subscription activation.

3.2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel the subscription before renewal.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or changes in business requirements.
  • Service disruptions caused by third-party integrations, customer-side technical issues, or misuse.
  • Installation fees are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, similar to Netflix’s subscription model.
  • One-time setup fees, installation fees, or custom development charges.
  • Payments made for promotional or discounted plans, unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Techdotbit is not responsible for any processing delays caused by financial institutions.

4. Modifications to the Policy

Techdotbit reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
